1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Replacement

Due to the nature of medical products, returns are accepted only if:

• The delivered item is damaged
• The product is defective or not functioning
• You received the wrong item

Replacement will be provided after inspection.

3. Conditions for Returns

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
